Shipping policy

IN STOCK SHIPPING TIMES

If your items are in stock your order will be fulfilled within 48 hours of receipt. Delivery for in-stock orders is to be expected within seven working days. Online orders will all have Fedex freight information linked for your convenience.

OUT OF STOCK SHIPPING TIMES

If your items are out of stock, your items will be placed on backorder. Depending on the item ordered shipping times may vary. Standard backorder ETA is 2-4 weeks from time of order. More information on individual shipping times can be found in the Additional Information tab on the products.

Once your back-ordered items have arrived into our warehouse, you will receive a notification with tracking information for your convenience.

DELAYS

Dates given for shipment or delivery are stated in good faith but are not be treated as condition of the sale.  If delivery of the Goods is delayed for any reason whatsoever, we shall not be responsible or liable in any way to you for loss sustained due to such delay.

If a backorder date is to be delayed beyond the original timeframe provided, our team will be in touch to advise and discuss options.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Claims for (or enquiries into) goods lost or damaged in transit should be made within 14 days from delivery.  No claims will be accepted unless it is made in writing to us within above stated period, time being of the essence. A photo of the damage should accompany the damage claim.
