Words from the artist, David Abbotts... The design is inspired by the late 19th century French artist, Henri Rousseau who was a naïve painter famous for his mysterious jungle paintings. I've always loved them, ever since first learning about him in art history lessons at the tender age of 16! So this is a sort of tribute to his art and my appreciation of his work, thanks for liking it. "The ghost floating through a tropical night, Came Upon a curious sight, Of tiger talking toucan, to pass the time of dat, But toucan, he said nothing, but looked the other way..."
