This hand-drawn map is my love letter to Christchurch - where the beach meets the bush and a crystal-clear river winds through the heart of the city, shaded by graceful weeping willows. I was captivated by the blend of old and new: heritage buildings nestled alongside fresh green banks and the beautiful Botanic Gardens. This artwork celebrates the spirit of resilience, renewal, and natural beauty that defines Ōtautahi. I left my heart in Christchurch!
